Our current processing time is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Please please please do not confuse this with DELIVERY time. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales or promotions. If you are shopping during a sale please expect increased processing times! We do offer a RUSH Option, this will ensure same or next business day PROCESSING. Your order will still be shipped via the method you choose on checkout. We are generally ahead of this, however, if we get backed up, I can only guarantee the time my policy states!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - you may be responsible for your country's custom's charges upon delivery. This is determined by YOUR country, and we will NOT refund for packages returned due to customs fees not being paid upon delivery. We WILL NOT ship as a "gift" or put an inaccurate amount on the custom's slip, as this is ILLEGAL. Please do not ask us to mark custom's slips incorrectly, we will not. International orders may not have tracking available immediately: It may take 5-6 business days to receive updated tracking information. How do I return an item? We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our part. If this should happen. You must contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT of package for return authorization. A store credit or exchange will be offered. We do not refund cash/credit. In the extreme case we may decide to do so, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. We do not accept returns on any item if the item has been altered in any way.
