How do I return an item?

We LOVE our customers at My Sunshine Shoppe! So we will gladly except any returns/exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. We want to make it EASY for you, so you can spend more time enjoying fashion and DIY crafts!
Here are some FAQs on how we can handle your situation:
1) DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - If you feel you have received defective product, we greatly apologize and want to make it right. Simple contact our customer service and let us know. We ship the new product out to you right away. We may ask for you to ship the product back, and send you a return label to do so.
2) WRONG ORDER? - It rarely happens, but even with today's technology, we are human and it may occasionally happen. Let us know and we'll ship the right order out to you ASAP, with return postage to send back the mistake.
3) MISSING PACKAGE? - I know, it stinks. We send the package, we include tracking...and it doesn't arrive! Where did it go? We are not sure, and wish this would never happen but it does from time to time. But have no fear...we're here to help. First off, have you contacted your local post office (or UPS)? More often then not, it's there waiting for some reason. OR if your item says delivered on the tracking, your local post carrier may have left it at a wrong location (neighbor, on your back steps, in a bush, under the deck, etc - we've heard it all!) Sometimes checking around will help you find it very quickly! But if you've contacted them and it still isn't there and has vanished into a black hole, please contact our customer service and we will rush another order out to you. We're sorry if you have had to go through this.
4) Not what you expected? Wrong shade you were looking for? Size not going to work for you? No worries. As long as it is not a boutique item that we made to your specifications and/or customization, we can accept these returns back. Please send your items you are unsatisfied with, back to us, in the same condition that you received them, and we will issue you a full refund for the product, in the form of a store credit or a refund back to your form of payment. Let us know what you prefer.
